& yes I've heard that eating the same foods all the time can hinder your losses as its what your body expects x

Well I'm back feeling positively motivated and raring to go!
I'm now on my 4 week countdown to Florida!
I have wi tomorrow - which will be my beginning/starting weight!
I'm hoping to be almost 13st exactly when I go!
I've tried on a couple of bikinis but my tum is far too wobbly and jiggly for my liking so I will be ensuring I do 100 crunches every day 40 normal 30 focused on each side!
I'll also be making sure I use my lotion each night before bed!
I'm going back to Sw and seeing if a few weeks off of it will boost my losses again!
Tomorrow is a new day a new beginning for a new me! Xx
