Oh no I can't do planks! I have no upper body strength!!!

It's funny I find it much harder than a run or spin or even a full 90 min gym session all in 20mins!!!

Maybe its bc it's different muscles than of usual use!!! Xx

Hiya, just reading through your dairy and interested to see you started at a very similar point to me and are also at the weight I'm aiming for, for when I go away in August! Do you treat yourself to books or clothes or something when you reach targets along the way? I LOVE shopping for clothes more now I'm in an 18 instead of a 22, I'll be spending loads by the time I get into the 16's or below lol :) Hoping to be a 16 or lower by August if I can....

The 13s seem to be a great goal for all of us and breaking that dam 14 is a nightmare - but we all get there :)

I don't tend to treat myself at each milestone - I just buy when I shrink or just buy in general (I like to shop lots lol)

You can get there - are you just doing xen rules?! X
 
Well wi tomorrow and so that means wi freak out today ofc lol!

Sunday I always end up bloated! Ha a few slips this week so worried they may impact the scales ever so!

I've had a couple of great weeks with successful wis which I'm extremely grateful for and pleased with ....

.... However this week I have a feeling it's all gonna flip on its head! :(

I'm having an horrendous time at work , horrible horrible colleagues who I am now barely speaking to! I'm fed up tired depressed and all round stressed out! And I'm normally a really bubbly chirpy person!!!

My poor oh is taking the brunt bless him! How he puts up with me I'll never know!

All I wanna do is curl up under my duvet with a tub of ice cream and hibernate! If I'm completely truthful!

I've managed to stay on track so far this week but I'm not convinced it'll last and even of it does with the world on my shoulders I'll never loose :(

Sorry to hear you are having a hard time at work.. I hope you manage to sort it out!! You are doing really well so put the weight of the world down.. And carry on with how you have been doing :) you are on holiday Soon use the power of positive bubbly thinking!! :)

But I think the stress has sparked a mid week wi panic!!

Which stalky doesn't come about until Sunday !!! Freakin out about it already

Its absolutely ridiculous that i allow myself to get so worked up over wi - especially when it is 4 days away (almost 5!). Does anyone have any top tips for reducing it? Im fed up of panicing now - i dont want to not care but i also dont wanna have such a rough week before wi - bc this is when i tend to slip?

Oh and here is the weekend thank goodness only one more weekend before floridaaaaaa!!!!

Yay -1/2 lb a loss is a loss no matter how big or small and I'm chuffed! Xx
 
Yay! Great news.. I hope you bought a suitcase! Looking round the shops this weekend loads great tops and dresses :)
 
I did buy a suitcase - the oh bought a sensible black multizip one and I bought a pretty teal one haha!

But I'm pleased with any kind of loss these days as long as I don't plateau again!
Lol

One more wi till Florida I'd like to be 13.4 ideally (I mean every week now I'll be hitting a new lowest recorded weight ever bc 13.7 was my lowest before dieting - so each new number feels great and is an achievement!

I've had a few dodgy days last week so I'm hoping being really good and increasing my exercise will have a positive effect this week! X
