i know i have even had a huge plate of pasta and still feeling full of energy. might go on the wii fit in a bit.

my colleague only did 4 lengths then she had a jacuzzi as she was feeling really tired. even she felt better for it! lol
 
I do an hour in the gym followed by a half mole swin and I come out thinking, right what's next?! I'm not even hungry after!
 
i was revenous last week after swimming but tonight i felt ok. probably cos i knew i had a huge plate of pasta in the fridge for dinner. had it as soon as i got in.

gonna kick back with a couple of solero's later :D

yeah i rejoined on 19th jan, so it's my 3rd weigh-in tommorrow. lost 5lbs in 1st week, 0.5lb in 2nd (due to 3 days off over birthday) and not sure what this week holds!

am loving my new lifestyle :)
 
It's great isn't it Karen?! I used to look at people who exercised loads and think they were mad but since I joined the gym I can't get enough! It releases endorphins and makes you feel good
