sorry! i'm updating from my ipod touch and its a pain the bum. forgive me!!!

i replied yesterday but for some reason it hasnt posted. i had 2 A's of cheese where i was meant to put an A & a B. will edit now.
 
saturday 11th december 2010

woke at 9.30am and was still tired so fell back asleep and woke at 12pm. thats what days off are for i suppose!

brunch: beans, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes and w/m toast (B)

dinner: penne pasta with quorn pieces, quorn bacon bits and mushrooms in a blue cheese sauce (A) topped with grated cheese (B)

snacks: fondant fancy (5.5 syns) and 4 sugared almonds (3 syns)


syns: 8.5

bit miffed this morning as was supposed to get to southampton by 10am to beat the mad rush but dan decided to stay up til 3am playing on his bloody xbox. looks like we wont be going. i didnt really want to go but i was hoping he'd spot something he likes as he still hasn't given me any clues about what he wants for christmas. grrrrrr!
 
sunday 12th december

breakfast: 4 weetabix (B), skimmed milk (A), sweetener and a banana

lunch: beetroot, gherkins, banana and 2 satsumas (not together!)

dinner: homemade pizza (10 syns) topped with passata, cheese (A), onion, sweetcorn, mushrooms and olives (0.5 syns) served with side salad

syns: 10.5

just got back from having my hair done. realised i haven't had it done for 4 months!!!! my roots were rediculous, but feeling much more attractive now. planned what i'm eating tomorrow already....i've got my work xmas meal out so i'm planning on eating free foods all day to compensate the extra calories.

i don't drink so will order a large bottle of mineral water.
 
monday 13th december 2010

breakfast: banana and orange

lunch: pasta n sauce with added mushrooms and quorn pieces (pasta might be half a syn???)

dinner: xmas dinner @ italian restaurant
mushroom, chestnut & fennel soup with ciabatta (will try not to eat the bread)
pasta with roast vegetables and dolcelatte cheese
tiramisu :) mmmmmmmmmm

Mmm, tiramisu..... my favourite, enjoy your evening lovely lady, as for the syns, looks pretty low hun, even if you eat the bread it's not horrendous xxx
 
i ate the bread! lol

the pasta dish was HUGE and even i struggled to finish it. had a great night and it was worth the syns :) i haven't laughed that much in ages

back on plan in the morning.
 
yeah spent about 5 hours laughing my head off :)

god i hope i lose this week - maybe the meal was a bit too close to weigh-in for that to happen though....fingers crossed. if i don't lose at least i know why!

really peed off - only able to get on a laptop at work for an hour since last week and SW site is down! GRRRRRRRRR!

lunch: salad with quorn tikka pieces (?) followed by pineapple

Regardless of what the result is, you are still doing well, 8.5lbs in 2 weeks is amazing, you can do it xx
 
bumholes!!! i maintained :(

i'm peed off but ready to tackle next week. its amazing that one meal can balls it up. i think i ate too few syns aswell, so gonna aim for 12 a day. planning on making some soup tomorrow night.
 
This is gonna annoy the arse off you but.... "A maintain is better than a gain".

What is your target for next week? I'm going for 2lbs, come on - set one and we'll bug the hell out of each other to make sure we both get there xxx

i went for 3lbs :) i'm even gonna do a bit of exercise i think! want to lose a bit more weight before the xmas gain!

this week i will:

• eat more veg
• eat more fruit
• drink loads of water
• do some exercise
