That's not sad, it's great that you are so in control. I really want to have that kind of control and dedication again. Maybe I will find some in my christmas stocking?!
 
hahaha yeah me too taz! will need some more for the post-crimbo walk of shame to weigh-in!

so far i have resisted all christmas foods but once i have a taste i know i will probably lose the plot!

i have planned to eat whatever i want on christmas eve & day, boxing day and the day after, then back on plan. hoping i can eat any food gifts in those days!

taz - i meant it's sad that my life has come to having to write something on a post-it note so i don't overeat. i should have worded it better! lol

hahaha ermmmm i doubt that VERY much! i'm gonna get my eat on for 4 days - no sleep, just eating!!! lol

i am staying on plan til friday though which i wouldn't normally do! hope to keep the gain to a minimum by EXERCISING! ...not done that in a LONG time!
 
Am with you there hun, I had a full on dinner but back on plan now more or less, it's weird as I'm almost relieved now I'm back on plan... off plan, even for just one meal was a bit woooah!! x

exercise: none!!!

i know this is too much information, but i've had awful wind and feel so bloated. no amount of pooing is relieving the bloat! i was going to have another 2 days off plan but i think i will only be having tomorrow off plan and will get back to doing SW on tuesday. i just can't handle this feeling much longer. there's so much food left to eat.... tomorrow i'm going to enjoy some cheese and biscuits, chocolates and a few mince pies, then back on plan it is! will try and fit in some exercise in between all the lazing!
 
I had planned to be back on plan tomorrow but it's just not looking good..may have go extend another day to scoff what's left.

Arghhh!

i'm lying on my bed groaning from the fullness.....but i will probably eat crap tomorrow aswell!

think i will weigh myself in the morning to see how i feel about the gain!
 
I've gained more than I had planned, I will have to lose a lb by Friday to be at my 'acceptable gain' weight but I won't beat myself up if I don't. Next week is a new week and a new year!

i can't tell! i've gone off the richter scale!!! lol

i think i've put on about 5lbs! am supposed to be going for a walk at lunchtime with a friend but it's just started raining! nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
 
Morning lovely - get your brolly out then! Hehe, when are you back on plan? Do you have a set date or just when the naughty food is gone? I'm lucky as live on my own so have no naughty food..... boring though x
