I've put 1 lb on , bit scary really as although i wasnt 100 % all week , I only went out for one meal where i had a starter and a main ( and half a bottle of red wine lol ) , but i did some baking this weekend , and i was testing bits and pieces
Feel very very bloated this morning for some reason ...probably due to the baking , I dont tolerate bread very well and havent been eating it and its made a huge difference
