Wowee, amazing blog posts - what a trip! You look gorgeous in all your photos too, an extra bonus!

And look, there you go, a whole post without a single chicken pun in sight! Probably because it's nearly 12 o'cluck at night and I'm tired.

Oh. Dear.

Jx

LOL Joodle you know what they say the old ones are the best :), oh and thank you for your sweet comments I would have felt better if I was at target still a way to go but it wasn't too bad, I felt good.
I woke up today to STS , I am approaching TOM so water retention will be my enemy for a while :( I hope to cope a bit better with it than last time, I drove al my mini friends mad. Have a good day you all :)

I am driving to London today picking up my French girlfriends from airport tomorrow then taking them back to London on Tuesday. I am looking forward to a fabby weekend but I fear I might slow down my loss. I have clever meals planned for the times we will eat at home and will try and be good when we're out. I will see you next week, have fabulous days from now till then hugs xxx

Sounds fun! Have a truly excellent time! Doesn't matter if it's slow, you'll get there!! Jx

HEY my sweet friends I AM BACK for a short while though. OMG!! what a roller-coaster of a 2 weeks!! French arrived safe we had a great time and I dropped them off to airport last Monday driving straight to my sister's home in London. Reason being my little nephew (4 years old) had his tonsils out that day and I was needed to look after him for a week (it was a cancellation appointment and both my sis and bro in law couldn't take any time off work as their colleagues were on holiday) so I never returned home from London until this Saturday. I had to teach all day Sunday soo very hectic.
And I have even more news *GRIN* we're off to Spain for a week this Wednesday and i couldn't be more excited. On the weigh front I am still 67 kg which pleases me no end. I managed to maintain my weight for 2 full weeks simply by making sensible choices.
I shouldn't have to much trouble while away as we are in a private villa cooking for ourselves and hubby is in charge. walk to the market first thing buy the freshest catch of the day come back and BBQ it, simples.
I am dying to catch up with you all and have missed you heaps. hugs xx

Hurray! Great to hear you're back! I was thinking about you on my way into work today and hoping you hadn't fallen off the wagon! I should never have worried! Well done, you've shown that you can do this in the real world and to be honest, that's a bigger deal than even reaching target in my book. It's *relatively* easy to reach target but then slowly go back to the old ways, but if you can go through 2 hectic weeks like that and keep making sensible choices, you've made it!!

Very pleased for you, look forward to hearing about your holiday - sounds fab! Good timing too as the weather over here ain't getting any better!

Jx
