I'm doing well thanks, hoping for a great loss this week. I have stopped going to class as i think that was stopping me. Now i'm looking at the long term and not week to week.!
I wish I could give you the info about how to get back on track! it has taken me 4 months to get back and I honestly dont know what the difference is.

At the moment I have lost the most the month Not sure how that has happened. I havent met my original target, but exceded my 're-visited' target. Anyone else got any updates.
I will join in the sept challenge. I haven't been on track for weeks now but am getting determined!! I will set my target for sept at 7lbs as I have a few things planned. Xx
I have decided to change my weigh in day to a Monday morning now. The reason being I like how myfitnesspal works from Monday-Sunday. I usually weigh in on a Friday morning, where I lost 0.5lbs but today I have gained 0.5lbs lol!!
But im up for the Sept challenge, I have until 20th until we go on holiday xx
I'm in going for 7 lbs joining gym later this week not until thursday so hoping for a good loss next week. Going to do some classes instead of gym only don't want to bulk up to much lol
Hi,
I was away for 1 week and then class closed for 2 weeks, so I haven't have my Aug weigh in yet, but will blur into the 1st week of Sept. I think I'll weigh on Tuesday and then aim for a 6lb loss for rest of Sept (fingers crossed!)
