My dear friends , wish you all a very happy new year !
To Do List for 2015 :
1) Smile as often as you can from your heart, smile will make you beautiful
2) Be happy, find something to be happy about in every single day. Dont search for bad things, as bad things will come anyway , find something for be grateful for every day and by the end of your year you will see that you need big paper to write down all the good things happening in one day, you will see that good things happening more and more every day , you only need to see it.
3) Cry if needed. Let the emotion out and start healing. Dont keep everything in you as it will deepen. If you cant find other way to drop your sadness, watch a sad movie alone and just cry your heart out, to make room for happiness.
4) Sleep well. We forget how important sleep is for us and for your weight loss aswell. Living in busy world, we often get 8 h sleep at night . I know I wont,for sure, sleep so much but this year I will try and sleep more, to give my body that little extra boost and time to recover.
5) Eat well. We all are different and we follow different diets, there for I wish we all would eat well. Happy food - the food that fills you up and makes you feel special but at the same time is part of your diet and you love it. If you dont cook a lot at home, try to cook something new. Something you never done before. Enjoy the process and if you fail for some reason be happy about it, as you did try something new
6) Be brave. Dont be afraid of new challenges, life is all about learning. Win or lose you learn from trying . Go for your dream and dream big.
7) Forgive. Hardest thing to do but forgiveness is more important to you then the other part. Forgive and let bad emotion go , make room for good emotions.
8) Make 2015 your year. Get yourself some kind of goal and work for it. Make 2015 year that when you have new years eve , you can look back and be so proud of yourself. That you love yourself so much for making this 2015 year so special that you would hug yourself if you could. 2015 is magical year , because I make it magical for me and so should you
9 ) Love yourself, dont search for parts of you that you dont like , look for parts you love. Find something every day. Say yourself every day how dear you are and how much you love yourself and how happy you are to have your body and mind and soul here in this magical 2015. And dont forget how much others love you too. How much I love you - more then you know.
10) Do something today that your future self will be thank you for

11) Smile, you are amazing, beautiful and absolutely stunning. All the smiles in world belong to you and dont you forget it.
