Hey - Im here, Im here. Sorry to make you worry - Im so busy atm and dont have the time to write proper replay. I was asked to apply for sous chef job and that have taken all my time. Its not 100% sure just yet as company policy is to advertise for free sopts, but most likely I will get that job. Should know this week or week after that. And ofc this have made me eat a lot of sugar as I am emotional eater, but I do my very best to stay on plan as much as I can. Its all so exciting and very nervous same time. I know I can do it and I would be good at my job but same time Im so scared that I will do mistakes. Im so worried about my English skill that anything else is just pushed far away for now. Getting this job will mean a lot more hours but also it will give me bigger salary and most important I can add sous chef job for my CV. Will have to work it the best I can - if I get the job first ofc So please forgive me for not letting you guys know about myself =) I will be more chatty after this all is sorted and I know where I stand. Food wise - I will keep doing what I do , tho I know this week I have been over my syns every day and it shows on scale too. But thats fine =) How often you get to apply for promotion, at least in my field. And I have been with company only 10 months, so everything very good but nervous same time. Hope you all are well and smiling - I havent read any diary's so will have to catch up asap Sending smiles and hugs =)
Good morning and thank you for support. I did survive my WI and had only 1,5 lbs gain. Still have my 7 st award. 7 st 0,5 lbsthat made me so happy. I think sometimes I just need those bad weeks to see what will happen when I will quit and go back. I dont have any plans to go back. So Im keep going. Have my breakfast at group, as Im really hungry this morning. Coffee 1 syn, 2x hi fi (he), an apple. When I get back home I will cook couscous with vegetables and chicken for lunch and will take tuna and pasta salad leftovers for tea with me. I also plan to make fish cake but will see how this will go. On my way to class I saw people running in park and Im thinking to go for run tomorrow morning. Havent run since summer so no idea who it will go but I will try. Smiles to all

Good morning everyone. How beautiful and warm day we have today. Feels like springI had on plan day yesterday and Im happy about it. Lets do it the same today. Breakfast - bread (he) , sausages 1,5 syn, mustard 0,5 syn, mushroom, tomatoes , picked cucumber, cottage cheese , coffee 1 syn <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=165934"/> Lunch couscous from yesterday and muller light. I have one more portion of couscous left for today. Will see if I need something else or not.
