Lunch: skinless chicken breast, roast potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, smash gravy, weight watchers lemon Greek style yoghurt(0.5)

Dinner: cheese(hexa) stuffed mushroom, beans

Total syns: 0.5
 
Just subscribing :) I'm trying to get into the 9's too. Im 10st 0.5 lbs so the needle is still stubbornly in the 10's!

didnt get round to posting yesterday, but heres what i ate,

breakfast: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, weight watchers cherry yoghurt

lunch: 2 rhyvita fruit crunch(hexb) 2tsp flora extra light on each(2), peach weight watchers yoghurt

snack: strawberry weight watchers yoghurt

dinner: baked tomato and bacon risotto, carrots, baby corn

total syns: 2

and todays plan is..

lunch: ham salad (2 slices of ham, lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber), tesco light choices french dressing, 2 rhyvita fruit crunch(hexb), 2 tsp flora extra light on each(2)

snack: raspberry weight watchers yoghurt

dinner: chilli and rice

total syns: 2

lunch: ham salad, tesco light choices french dressing, 2 rhyvita fruit crunch(hexb), 30g tub cadburys Philadelphia(4.5)

snack: lemon tart weight watchers yoghurt, couple of grapes

dinner: sw chips, ham, egg, beans

total syns: 4.5

omg im loving the rhyvita fruit crunch! there lush with both flora or chocolate philli! :drool:
