lunch: 2 rhyvita fruit crunch(hexb) 2tsp flora extra light on each(2), peach weight watchers yoghurt
snack: strawberry weight watchers yoghurt
dinner: baked tomato and bacon risotto, carrots, baby corn

dinner: chilli and rice
