cos getting fed up with the freezing cold damp house and the cr*p bathroom & kitchen. Found somewhere cheaper that is in better nick... won't be in such a nice location(not bad tho) but would rather be warm and slightly less skint! Depends on wether we can take the cats!

Right well here we are again..

hello everyone & welcome to the year I control my food and not the other way round..

Yesterday was the first day for a fortnight that I stayed on plan 100% and instead of feeling miserable I was really pleased and positive as I can now move forward and do this!

Sooo, good luck to everyone & lets smash those targets this year!

(no haven't been on the happy juice just love this plan & EE!)

Lost 4lbs this week

Was poorly but still eating.. doing EE so seems to work for me...

So that's my 1.5 stone award, and only 1lb away from my club 10..
