It's just not in yet and they can't seem to tell me when it will be in. It's freaking me out but I guess there is nothing I can do. The dressmaker says she will get it done for me no matter what when it arrives. Good thing I have her or I think I would be going nuts! 3 weeks tomorrow until the wedding! Xx

EE today

B: 2 "fried eggs" on toast with Kerry low low (heb + 1 syn) coffee (part Hea)

L: low fat supernoodles, banana + pineapple

D: Stovies and beetroot!!! Yum yum! cheesecake muller light for dessert (1 syn)

It all sounds like it'll be fine then!!! Those 3 weeks are going to fly by!! You'll have to post some pics after, love looking at wedding stuff!!! Lol!!! X

Most definitely! Hoping to have lost my post Xmas 2lbs by then lol!!! Altho still not made it back to the gym! Xx
 
Just updating.
11.5 syns for week so far.

I'm changing WI day to Mondays to see if its better. I'm hoping that being in the mind frame of being good all week and allowing myself treats at the wkend as a reward is more positive than going over board at the weekend and then trying to pull it back all week.
 
Thursday 5th January

EE again

B: "fried eggs x 2 with toast (heb+ 0.5 syns) coffee (part hea)

L: Made a pasta n sauce SW style quiche. I used the rest of my hea for milk and added 4 eggs. Baked it for 20 minutes. It's 1/2 a syn for the whole packet and I had half. So will count the syn tomorrow hee hee! Had a pear for dessert.

Snack: pineapple and a strawberry muller light

D: stovies and beetroot. And a large glass of wine (8.5 syns) ;-)

Today we finally got the table plan finished! It still needs something to keep it sturdy like a frame or back board but its done!:woohoo:

Green day

Haven't been so good today!

Brunch: Quorn sausage and egg sandwich with ketchup (13 syns altogether including 10 syns for the bread)

Afternoon: Coffee (1 syn for milk) + tiny tiny piece of christmas cake. It was sitting in the cupboard begging me to eat it! Going to say 5 syns

D: HM SW style pizza (HEA 1&2 + HEB 1&2 with quorn sausage (1), mushroom + tomatoes for topping with SW wedges and sour cream dip (3 syns)

Total synage:23
71.5 in total for week so far. Still have tomorrow to get through then WI on Monday.

Edit: 2 chocs (5 syns) dammit

Sunday 8th January

EE

Brunch: French toast heb, part hea + 1 syn) with fruit and muller light. Coffee (rest of hea)

D: Sunday roast with chicken, roast potatoes and parsnips, mashed carrots and turnip, broccoli +peas. Gravy (3 syns) All done SW style of course. I have even poached the chicken for a change.

Have actually been very Nigella today (although slightly more heath conscious than she lol). With my poached chicken I made a chicken broth for lunches on my EE days, I'm going to have to either a) syn it or b) refrigerate it and scoop off the fat though. I also made a gorgeous syn free roast butternut squash and sweetpotato soup for lunches on my green days.

Monday 9th January

Back to work today after what feels like an eternity off work. I know its a good thing because it means I have had a well needed break but now I really don't want to be here! 2 more work weeks left until the wedding. I'm going to be busy busy and yet have squandered a whole week without making it to the gym once! According to the scales this morning I have lost quite a lot of muscle. Just what I need before my wedding photos! But I still can't be bothered going to the gym. What's wrong with me?!

Yay!!! That's fantastic! I know what you mean about the exercise....since end of September I've really got out of habit of exercising!!! Anyway, my ny resolution was to tone up and exercise 3 times a week.... It's 9th jan and I've exercised once!!! However I've got my new davina DVD and I'm going to try that today and try and get myself into a routine!!!! :)

Work is so stressful at the moment. Super busy and there is so much *****ing going on. It was probably always that way i just never noticed!

My syn free gorgeous roasted butternut squash and sweet potato soup and my slightly syned chicken soup. Still not sure if I have syned this enough but once it had been refrigerated I managed to remove some of the fat.

Friday 13th January

Ugh! I sneak peaked! I know I shouldn't have and I wish I didn't! My lb loss appears to be back on. It must be lack of exercise. Although I have been rushed off my feet at work this week, you would think that would help.

Ok I know it can't be fat, there is no way I have eaten enough food to gain fat. Must relax. Just stressed! It's just a couple of pounds out of target range. Not the end of the world.
