Mrs Potters Food Diary

Thursday 2nd February

I'm back and i am a wife!
:love047:

I should really change my name but Gempot does not really work!

I had an amazing minimoon but am completely dreading stepping on the scales. I have been back a couple of days but am still not brave enough to weigh myself so may just wait until Monday! Not so much that i have eaten loads just all the wrong yummy things like pastry, bread, dessert etc!

Will get back into it today!

It's a fortune to get it cleaned.. Got mine done eventually, but I've since taken it out the box to try it on again...once I got near target I wanted to see if it would for again!! Hmmmm think I may need to try it on again now in at target!!! Lol!!! Xxx

I know! Its ridiculous! I was going to wait a while but then someone told me they refuse to clean it if you wait to long!

I think you should put up a wee pick of you on your wedding day! xxx

Sunday 5th April

Yesterday turned out to be a diet fail. Day was going well until we went to the pub to watch the rugby. Several wines, chicken wings and a curry later (although i chose a dansak so was trying lol) i got home feeling a bit drunk and guilty! Had a great night though.

I have been toying with trying WW. I only have 4 lbs to lose to get back to target but i feel like i need something new. On one hand i think it would be good for me to change things up a bit. But on the other hand, i do love SW. Its second nature and i get to eat so many yummy foods! But its also quite restrictive, it would be interseting to try doing things differently. Then again, all diets are restrictive in one way or another, they wouldnt be diets otherwise lol!

So confused...

So difficult isn't it!!! My sister has just started ww because she's being doing sw for so long and she was finding herself cheating at sw, she needed a new try at something, she's enjoying it and she has lost on it. It does seem completely different though, she eats a lot more convenience foods, ready meals etc, but this may just be her because she's so busy. I've seen on here a couple of people are thinking about trying ww out.....personally I'd miss the free carbs, but I am veggie!! Xx

Yeah! That's my problem, I'm not veggie but I do do mainly green days as I love carbs and quorn. I'm getting bored with my green meals though. You know good ones? Xxx

I'm getting a bit boring with my meals- jacket potato, quorn chilli, sausage casserole, veg curry all seem to be my staple meals!! I need to try some new recipes!!! X

Today is going worse than yesterday. I give up! Tomorrow my motivation will begin. Until then I have ice cream!

Monday 6th February

EE

Back to work and back on the SW wagon. I decided for now that i'm going to stick with SW. Its so easy and no matter my complaints every diet is restrictive in someway. Its hardly even a diet for goodness sake! I need to stop moaning!

B: wmeal roll with one boiled egg. Half a pear. Coffee ( heb & part hea)

L: Small portion of leftover SW spag bol. Banana & a strawberry muller light.

D: Cottage pie - lots of SF (4 syns to be safe) with green beans. Cheesecake muller light (1 syn).

Syns: 5 :D
