Back to work and back on the SW wagon. I decided for now that i'm going to stick with SW. Its so easy and no matter my complaints every diet is restrictive in someway. Its hardly even a diet for goodness sake! I need to stop moaning!

B: wmeal roll with one boiled egg. Half a pear. Coffee ( heb & part hea)

L: Small portion of leftover SW spag bol. Banana & a strawberry muller light.

D: Cottage pie - lots of SF (4 syns to be safe) with green beans. Cheesecake muller light (1 syn).

Syns: 5 :D

Sounds like a fab day food wise!!! Good choice staying with sw! X

Tuesday 7th February

B: branflakes (heb) with skimmed milk, 2 large coffees (hea) blueberries + grapes

L: tom mug shot, banana + strawberry muller light

Mid afternoon: cup of tea with dash of milk (0.5)

D: left over cottage pie (4 syns). Lemon cheesecake Muller light (1 syn)

I'm feeling JUST satisfied today but feel like I have been overindulging in my portions lately and think it might be effecting my losses.

Syns: 5.5

I totally understand!! But well done for getting back on it!!! I cannot stop eating this week.....white bread, thorntons chocs, it's cold, I'm bored revising, I cannot stop myself :-( need to pull myself together!! Well done sorting out your portion sizes too!! X

Thursday 9th February

Forgot to add that I did manage the gym yesterday! Just 45 minutes of cardio but better than nothing!

Todays eats:

B: fruit n fibre with skimmed milk, didn't quite notice until I took it out at work but it was actually a rather large portion. Blueberries & banana. 2x Coffee (Heb1 & 1/2 Heb2 + hea1)

L: Heinz tom and cheese pasta pouch thingy (3), half a mango + strawberry muller

Dinner plan: syn free veg chilli con carne (sf, onion, pepper + green beans) with boiled rice. Maybe with some light cheddar since I have another hea to enjoy. Then probably a cheesecake muller light (1)

Syns: 4 (hopefully)

Edit: chilli didn't happen. I had a mental day at work and just couldn't even be bothered chopping an onion. I'm amazed its.gone 11pm and I'm still awake! But then I'm pretty grumpy right now!!!! Poor hubs.

D: c/o hubs meat free burgers no bun (1) with baked beans, SW chips and half fat cheese (hea2)

Syns: still 4! Woop!
weekly total: 27.5

3 days left til WI. Seems good now but I'm planning wine at the weekend and probably a cheeky takeaway too!

45mins is still good though!!! I hate cardio!! I'm currently tucked up in bed in my joggers and a hoodie - dressed for exercising but snuggling up because it's cold!!!

What are these Heinz pasta pouches?? Are they nice?? Worth 3 syns?? X

They are new. The cheese and tomato one seems to be lowest in syns. It's pretty nice and quite filling. I don't think I would bother with a higher syn one though...well I think there is one for 3.5 syns actually. I wouldn't live off them but a nice change from a mug shot now and then. Xxx
 
Friday 10th February

Woke up annoyingly early so had a banana and watched some one born every minute and then fell back to sleep until a completely shameful time! So:

Brunch: 2 x fry light eggs with wmeal toast (Heb) and a scraping of light marg (1)

Late afternoon: Tom mugshot and a banana

Tonight: Chinese takeaway of chicken chowmain. I know i will have a large portion so will say 14 syns for this.

Snack: cherry mullerlight

D: SW style veg pizza (heb 1&2, hea 1&2) with SW style wedges (2 for ketchup)
3 x bottles of bud 66 (12)

Syns 15
Which will make 57.5 for week if I can just stick to the 3 beers. ;-)

How do you make your pizza? I tend to use pitta bread, but I'm interested in trying something else more like pizza!!! Did you stick to your 3 bottles of beer?? I was a bit bad last night...but I've woke up this morning feeling like I'm going to get back on it!!! ;-) x

Hi!

I got the recipe from a website that one of the girls from minimims had up. It seems to have gone now though so i cant put the link up but basically:

Use 75g per person (2 x HEBs) of tesco wholemeal bread mix. I will get a photo of it for you. You mix it with warm water. You have to kneed it a bit a few times and let it rest for about 40 minutes (there are instructions on the packet) but then you just role it out like pastry. Spread with passata or tomato puree, any herbs you like, Then use one or two HEA's worth of mozzerla and top with your fav toppings! Pop in the oven on about 150 for about 10 - 20 minutes.

Its delish. Its one of hubbys fav meals. I promise its really good pizza!!

Yes i did stick to my 3 beers! Very proud lol! WI tomorrow, really hope i have lost a lb or two. My jeans are feeling looser so fingers crossed xx

Snack: Chppoed fruit and berries with Muller light

I'm just on my way to work, my skirts feeling tighter (it's very unforgiving!!) but I haven't had any chocolate today, I had an alpen light when I had a sugar craving, and Ive just had 1syn for some ketchup so I'm feeling pretty positive :)

Thats just not right.... It might just be 'food weight' if you had a big portion of dinner last night, if you get what I mean?!?? You've been really good! Don't worry, if your clothes are feeling looser then it can't be right!! Sometimes I think maybe taking measurements would be better than weighing!!! :) xxx

I never thought of that! I figured maybe my last weigh in just wasn't accurate for some reason but maybe you are right! Well I guess I won't know until next mon. Tell you what though...what a depressing way to start the week! Maybe I'll go back to weighing in on Fridays! Xx
