you are doing soooooooo well :) Ha with the McDonalds, i would have eaten the chips but left the burger! Isn't it great with cc you can still have treats as long as they are in your daily limit :)

Glad you had help with little ones on hubby's first day back.

xxx

Yeah I've ate crap today really but been under cals, going shipping tomorrow so will be healthier!
It was easier than I thought with the LOs! Tomorrow will be a full day on my own! Toddler been difficult this evening and it's my turn to do the graveyard shift! So I'm off for an early (ish) night!

ooo big mac & fries........................................

Just seen Freddo 95 cals - I love them - best put them in my treat box - can't remember who but someone on here suggested to put all your treats that are 100 Cals or less in a tin so that whatever you have you know that they are within your allowance trouble with that my hand goes in and out comes a few treats - but if I want to lose the flab I must be good.:innocent0002:

CC I think is good you can see how much your having as they say cals in - cals out.:D

Good luck..

It's me that has the tin haha! Its running low though because LO and DH use it too! It's a good idea though and especially with my toddler too I know when he has a treat it's only a small one I don't want him to think its normal to eat loads and loads of choc everyday! xx

I've got a pretty biscuit tin that someone bought me and the OH when we moved into our house last year, and it's been empty and just for decoration forever! But now I'm making it my official treat tin and stealing your idea :) only putting treats under 100 calories inside though!! xx

- start weight 12.2 - goal weight 10.0

Treat jar idea noted. I've got one that's in my garage. I must clean it up and get some goodies in there

Im lucky with him really though as he loves fruit and will pick a clementine or some grapes over sweets 99% of the time (wish I could be like that!) he eats lots of yogurts and cheese as snacks too, it's just vegetables we have trouble with! He will eat any kind of fruit and loads of it to the point I actually have to limit it or it affects his toilet goings! (tmi lol) i don't want him to think of food as a treat though because I think that can be quite harmful and could cause issues so we never make a big deal of having McDonald's or icecream etc, we just have it as part of a healthy diet. It's so hard trying to give a healthy diet these days though! The supermarkets and food places are against you when it comes to choice for children!

1573 cals today :) can't wait for Fridays weigh in! Seeing the scales go down will keep me going!

Oh the joy of a 6.30am feed haha! Hoping baby goes back to sleep for a few hours after this!

He did luckily! Think this lack of sleep is starting to catch up on me and I pulled something near my scar last night so I'm in pain today and can't do any tidying etc, can just about manage the kids on my own but that's a struggle chasing a toddler when you're hobbling around! x

I'm going to suggest that we get in bed and watch a DVD in a minute haha, hopefully he will fall asleep then but if not at least he will sit and watch and I can lie down! x
