Hi everyone I'm here sorry been totally obsessed with other things at the moment. I did have a couple of days off but sts weight wise. Went swming done 525mtres in 30 minutes on Monday was very happy with that. I went to the gym yesterday.. Was pretty painful. Gym again today I'm going to try pace myself a bit more instead today. I'm also doing vibro plates there after each session :)

Today is day two. I was 100% shakes and water yesterday so back on track and i have 100 days until my holiday as of today.

Will try to catch up later xx.

450 calories burned in the gym today. I'm getting better ;)

Today's been so easy! I had shake before gym at lunch time. Just had 2nd half of 2nd shake (I had half earlier after the gym) im going to bed soon. Looking forward to trying to burn 500calories tomorrow ? xx

I'm still awake though iv been in bed since 9pm..
Iv read through some diaries (ed, marge, carrie) I'm totally rubbish at knowing what to say so I tend not to comment. It takes me ages to read through diaries as I miss a few days and get totally lost.

I'm hoping to be in the 15's tomorrow or Wednesday. When I looked back at my diary I was around the same weight on Friday as I was back in the end of January! Iv not done very well

I know I can do this.

I'm doing the shakes only this week.
Next week I'm adding porridge for breakfast. The week after I'm doing 2 shakes and a soup the week after its slim and save shakes and pastas and the week after that its whatever left including bars. Then ill go to lipotrim for the last part before my holiday.

14 weeks as of last Sunday until I fly out to Tunisia . Iv been Aiming for a 4 stone loss. I'm not sure now iv messed about do much :(

I'm 100% ts with 2-3litres water a day and going to the gym. i use the flabelos for 10minutes before going into the gym I use cross trainers (between 7&15 cross ramp 8&11 resistance for 20 mins) Tread mill (at incline 6 and speed 3) 20 mins then the bike (resistance 9) for 20 minutes.

It's getting more each day I struggled to burn 100 calories in 40 minutes on day 1. I can burn 400 in about an hour now but I'm pacing myself a bit, going slower on a harder level :)

Iv got to lose weight.... There's no way I'm not going to lose weight. I would love to try not weighing. I think after I'm in the 15's ill try it. Carrie is my no weighing inspiration marge in my work out inspiration and ED is my TS inspiration. I hope I do you all proud xx

Iv been here before but after the terrible 2 years I spent gaining all 80+ pound back I'm finally getting out of the next stone bracket after struggling for months.

Hello everyone. Iv just finished in the gym burned 505 calories in 50 minutes chilled session watching eastenders and listening to music.

2 litres + of water and a banana shake made with double water so far today. Pick kids up from youth club now then walk the mile home :) feeling great. Totm arrived but much much lighter than past few months, My mood, my health my pain is all improving :) xx
