I'm still awake though iv been in bed since 9pm..
Iv read through some diaries (ed, marge, carrie) I'm totally rubbish at knowing what to say so I tend not to comment. It takes me ages to read through diaries as I miss a few days and get totally lost.
I'm hoping to be in the 15's tomorrow or Wednesday. When I looked back at my diary I was around the same weight on Friday as I was back in the end of January! Iv not done very well
I know I can do this.
I'm doing the shakes only this week.
Next week I'm adding porridge for breakfast. The week after I'm doing 2 shakes and a soup the week after its slim and save shakes and pastas and the week after that its whatever left including bars. Then ill go to lipotrim for the last part before my holiday.
14 weeks as of last Sunday until I fly out to Tunisia . Iv been Aiming for a 4 stone loss. I'm not sure now iv messed about do much
I'm 100% ts with 2-3litres water a day and going to the gym. i use the flabelos for 10minutes before going into the gym I use cross trainers (between 7&15 cross ramp 8&11 resistance for 20 mins) Tread mill (at incline 6 and speed 3) 20 mins then the bike (resistance 9) for 20 minutes.
It's getting more each day I struggled to burn 100 calories in 40 minutes on day 1. I can burn 400 in about an hour now but I'm pacing myself a bit, going slower on a harder level
Iv got to lose weight.... There's no way I'm not going to lose weight. I would love to try not weighing. I think after I'm in the 15's ill try it. Carrie is my no weighing inspiration marge in my work out inspiration and ED is my TS inspiration. I hope I do you all proud xx
