Lol nothing impressive on mine hun, just restarted with new stats for the 100th time, did cd last year lost 3.5 stone, all back on! So il be stalking you for motivation!

Dinner was a struggle :( spag bol for baby. chilli chicken wings, chicken rice and chips for hubby and pizza, chips and noodles for the boys! Does anyone else have to cook loads?
I have to see so many different meals a day I think I'm going to go bonkers.
I also cooked some sausages for tomorrows lunch (cold sausage & salad wraps) I bit into one to see if they were cooked (habit) and spat it out quickly but the taste us still in my mind even though I brushed my teeth.

Weekends are my worst time so I'm panicking...no bars tomorrow just shakes and soups. Don't want the feeling of eating to distract me from mission home run!

I'm not looking forward to scale hop on Monday Now, i was freaking about not weighing but feel I can easily not weigh for another week. I might wait until Wednesday. Make it a whole week off the scales. Iv always weighed on Wednesday's so even though the mission started Monday I might have to wait?

It's my 19th week next week only another week after that and I'm 5 months in :) time has flown.

I'm upset that weight seems to have come to a slow stagger and fingers crossed it picks up this week because my excitement from Monday is almost wilted and died already :(

id say probably the worst would be to lose nothing ;) haha

but i really think that at the least 24lb over the whole 8 weeks??

i lost 12lb last month and i ate crisps, biscuits and bread etc around every 5th day and then struggled to get back to ts over 2-3 days so i was only doing ts for 3-4 days each week. im going to hope for 16lb a month being 100% ts but thats just me. even if you get off 3lb each week, you my darling will be near on 150lb by july 4th!!

i need to get my head straight again. feel like rubbish because im such a wolly. i ate a huge spoon of butter icing this morning so iv officially failed the mission :(

Are you in ketosis ?
That may not even have knocked you out, so you may be able to carry on TS as you had planned ;)

no idea about Ketosis Marge because i used the whole pot of stix in 3 weeks lol i gave up trying to stay in Ketosis. but i wish i hadnt because now i seem to be at a stand still. my body doesnt seem to be changing and im bloated and feel horrible. the butter icing wasnt even nice! tasted like oily salty sugar. ergh! feel sick now.

never mind ill be fine. i think that i waffled on so much on the 'mission' thread and Carlys diary that iv realised a few things myself in the process of 'trying' to support Carly xx

i am going insane because my mini goal that was to be under 12 stone may have been achieved but i dont know because im not going to weigh myself until either monday or wednesday. im normally a daily weigher but im actually now scared to check lol could i get used to not knowing? could a sneaky peak give me that boost i need to get me through? will it knock me off plan if im upset with what i see? boohoo! :'( so confused x
 
Hey babe,

Why don't you go for the monday option for weigh in that way you don't have much longer to torture yourself over it but you will have still kept to your goal of not weighing?

Don't stress about the buttercream - put into perspective in terms of carbs etc... An exante bar has around 20grams - there is no way you can have had even half of that in one spoon...as long as you are on track now there is no way you can claim to have 'failed'!!

You can do this luv - fingers crossed you get the results you want on the weigh in front - but the numbers on those pesky scales are not the be all and end all of it (or so I keep trying to tell myself).

Yeah I'd be quite happy with 12lbs every 4 weeks which is 3lbs a week :)

Lmao maybe we should weigh Monday see how week 1 goes, will weigh as soon as I get up :)
 
3 litres and 4 coffees made with vanilla shake - done!!

Not in the slightest bit Peckish now so that's cool ;)

Iv made up a 1.5 litre bottle of water with a teeny bit of tesco no added sugar raspberry apple and pomegranate high juice.... This says 250ml when made as directed (1 part juice 4 parts water) 2.4g carb and 12 calories... Iv made it about about 2% juice 98% water so I think I'll be safe :D xxx
