Hubby came to bed to watch tv but I'm in a fowl mood - he kept saying "babe, I'm hungry!" I asked him nicely to go and find something to eat and stop talking to me about food so he went off in a strop
I sat and watched him and kids eat our favourite roast beef dinner today and I felt so rubbish. I came to bed to relax away from food thoughts but he don't seem to understand that today? He's normally very good. Don't know if I'm just a but touchy tonight?
Anyway, I worked out that I need to be below 11 stone 9.9 lb to be over weight

if I can get to 12 stone tomorrow I might be able to get to over weight soon
Mini goal for this week was to get off all if the gain from last weekend.
Mini goal for next week is be under 12 stone.
Mini goal for the week after is to be over weight not obese!
That's enough to be getting on with x
I am going to have a shower now then go to sleep.
