starting to think i can do this again. i started back at 1pm on monday so almost done 2 whole days ts. not hungry as such but the temptation to just have a crisp or a biscuit is still there. trying to work out why i keep messing up and all i can think of is that i look so much better than i did at 17 stone + that im not as desperate to lose as quickly as i was in the start. but now i notice as soon as i put on a bit of weight my clothes dont fit and i look really fat/pregnant! im not happy at a size 16. i was a size 14 but now they wont do up at all

i have loads of size 12's that were given to me when i thought i was going to be into them any day but they look tiny so my goal is to get back into my 14's and then into the 12's asap. ill be trying on some 12's and taking pic's of how much i cant do them up. then take more pic's as i lose weight and see if they do up any easier. iv had a litre of peppermint tea and a litre of banana shake. a 50cl bottle of water and half a glass of zero. not doing too bad

sometimes i dont realise how good im being until i write it all out and read it back! in a bit of pain so im worried ill have to take pain killers today at some point (i fell backwards onto the tv stand and bruised all my back) the pain killers make me sick if i have an empty stomach but im not feeling strong enough to be able to have a slice of ham or some chicken to take the tablets with:? oh actually, i can have a bar if i really have to
