Also, be careful with the meals if you decide to have the occasional one... for me it was the start of the slippery slope. If you think you can plan to have a meal and jump straight back on the VLCD (I think with your willpower and determination you definitely could) then go for it!! It does feel nice to eat and not feel guilty lol

Yup iv really thought about the adding a meal on a Saturday and I think that having tuna in the cupboard was what messed me Up a couple of weeks ago ( when I started exante ) because I kept telling myself that I could have it because it was 'safe' but I liked the feeling if eating something so had a tin every day then tried some chicken the next day and before I knew it I was eating a crisp sandwich! So now iv joined the April challenge so no add a meal at all until my day off on the 1st may for a christening xxx
Glad to see you feeling up to 100% again it really does seem to be the only way to go on TFR for us 2 xxx
