Day 23
Breakfast this morning was 2 quorn sausages, 2 turkey rashers and a boiled egg.
Had my shake around 1pm and then had lunch which was omelette and salad followed by vanilla yogurt and strawberries.
Dinner tonight was chicken fillet filled with cheese and chives with rice, sweetcorn, broccoli and mixed pepper.
Don't have anything to update. Having quite a bad day with my anemia and chest pains
