Yeah I'm really happy I'm getting closer to a healthier bmi, even had to buy a smaller pair of trousers lol

So I'm a little upset about this weeks weigh in, as two days ago I was down 2 pounds and on weigh in day I'm 1 pound down. I am putting it down to lack of water and constipation, but am gonna work so much harder this week!

Yeah I've just been and filled up my 2 litre bottles of water- one of them a day normally does me good

Weight fluctuates naturally but do remember - the scales cannot show you a lower weight than you actually are. There are all sorts of things that might make you show a gain without having actually gained fat but nothing that can show you as lighter than your body actually is. So, if you've seen a lower weight in the last couple of days and you haven't been off plan etc then you know any gain is a false gain - just a fluctuation.
 
Yeah I haven't done one thing wrong in the last month, stuck to it 100% so just need to stay positive

Morning Morgon... don't worry - it's bound to come off soon - particularly as you've been extra good so there's no reason to have increased... and at the end of the day, the minimum you've lost is 1lb this week which as Sammy says is great cos its a loss! xx
 
Well done on the loss overall u have had great losses....re the constipation have u tried having rhubarb obviously that's if u like it and yeah the water consumption does seem to help me ....i always have probs in that way ...but haven't since I have started to have a bowl a day mixed with a tbsp of cream x
 
Oh right wouldn't thought about rhubarb, yeah I really struggle too. Will have to give that a go and see if it works for me too... Can you get fibre from non carb foods?

The weight relly does fluctuate with little obvious reason - if you stay 100% then you can be sure you are burning fat and it will eventually drop!
 
I've decided to change my weigh in day from a Tuesday to a Monday, so this week I have lost a total of 3 pounds and am 12 stone 9 pounds. Much happier this week
