A small loss is certainly better than a gain and even a STS! Well done. And of course small losses add up (as do small gains! So they're best avoided!)

Week 52 Plan
Would be great to reach the 30% completion mark, which is 2 and a bit pounds away.
Now, I am going to workout everyday this week. I want an awesome loss and I need to make-up for lack of exercise recently!
Absolutely zero fault on my diet is crucial, need to stay below the 1750 mark strictly.
Going to drink at least 3 litres of water each day - which I do anyway really.
So 100%, full throttle this week for a good loss - hopefully.

Like - look at me refusing a biscuit after 7pm or not giving in to Chinese cravings! It's not even Chinese food in general, it's just one thing. Chicken satay skewers. Mmmmmm. I may have to have some on the weekend!! Today I was craving Pringles but managed to stick to my 3 meals and am starving in bed but feeling very proud of myself

Omg I love BBQ!!!!! It's my favourite part of summer you could do a healthy BBQ and a big load of salad. Yumm. I marinate a heap load of meat - chicken/pork/turkey steaks and its so amazing when it's cooked on the BBQ, all smoky and delicious!! This thread is slowly becoming the food porn section of minimins!!! X

Cannot stand a salad. I haven't had one salad during the whole my weight loss... hopefully eventually I will begin to like it.
But yeh... nothing like a BBQ on a really hot day, with a cold alcoholic beverage of choice. Yes yes yes! BBQs aren't that bad though really. Only if tons of chips and bread are involved with it!
I love salad. Not plain lettuce cucumber and tomato but all that and red onion, celery, rocket, spring onions, apple, raisins, cheese, ham, yoghurt mixed with mint sauce.... I mix it with cooked pasta and its a great filling lunch or side dish.
I'm like you with fruit though, just can't bring myself to eat it!! Bananas make me gag and not in a good way x

Bah no chance! Only salad I can stand is if it is hidden somewhere in a big cheeseburger! My tastes will still change probably, I will likely enjoy it one day.
I like fruit but I just don't find it filling. Too much of it, like in a fruit salad, gives me heartburn. I am pretty sure fruit isn't valued as healthy as they are made out to be anyway...
I'm more of a savoury person. I like sweet but not too much and fruit is too sweet for me.
What's your food plans for the weekend?
Are you going for 100% next week too? I think I will have a treat tomorrow then go for 100% again.. Really want a stone off by the end of may. I know I can do it if I take each meal and each day at a time. It will eventually become habit - eating 3 times a day and not in the evenings. I can't wait for that to happen
