My 1st weigh-in *bites nails*

Okay so today was The Day, and I was so nervous I was putting off going, til the OH complained LOL
So I went, half thinking 'omg what if I didn't lose anything' BUT I came back chuffed....

7lbs! yay!!!

Thats 7 days, 100% no cheating
I got the soup this week and the flapjacks and ewww on both counts, sticking to my liquid meals LOL
