Baffled too, Julz but - you almost had a high carb chocolate pudding last night that would have knocked you right out of ketosis. You had chocolate mousse last week that would have done the same. I think you said you'd been having full sugar mints every couple of days (might have been someone else) and if you've had any other non legal treats unfortunately that will be the reason you're not losing. You have to get yourself right off sugar. I know it's tough because on other diets you can cheat a little and compensate by eating less on other days but you really can't on Atkins.
