Do you know what I have noticed about all of us on here.....we are very analytical and do think a lot. Perhaps too much? Do our heads ever switch off? There might be something in that.....related to weight management?? Hmmmm, inspector.

I've ordered some protein shakes, low cal, low carb & will get some protein bars, try to match the CD products nutritional info & move up the plans like that, will be loads cheaper since I can't afford to do CD after this month but I still want to do it the CD way.

lmao! my cars a mazda 5 so very roomy when you push the front seats forward and the middle seats right back you can sit on the seats or the floor if needs be, lol
he drives a tiny renult megane, cant swing a cat in that thing ( thou this weekend hes on a training mission in a man truck, now thats certainly big enough for anything you could imagine

I have Jo, the only problem is that they are set flavours, and I don't do mushroom, banana or fruit bars! The protein powders have costed me £29 for 80 servings & the bars will be about £30 for 42 servings, pretty good economy! Plus £5 for vits & Bob's yer uncle

They are lovely!! It is the skirts and tights issue....I didn't find anything at all. Grrrrrr. Herman Munster is sooooo true. I feel so frumpy. I had a word with myself and decided that I am going to have to stick them because they tone my bum and burn more calories. I'll just have to not look down girls.....waaaaaaah!! xx

Why not get some crocs? They tone, you can wear them with skirts and they look pretty, for toning shoes

And they are so comfy!

Just ordered some WW digital scales. I can't read mine properly, they are Doctors style dial ones. I had to get SO to read them for me last night. First time I've told him my weight in years!!

Aha. I may investigate the crocs. I thought they were only flippy flops. Saw some lush DKNY pumps but didn't have a spare £95. WW scales are fab

No they come in many varieties They are really similar to the Reebok underneath but much cheaper
