My calorie count and fitness log

Definitely Bex!!! Hi Shanny, got a load of shakes and bars. Already have a few left and about 6 soups. I buy the ones you make up rather than tetras. My first weigh in is on Thursday tho as she is away for Easter weekend which will only give me a 3-4 day loss reading.
 
Today's the day WHOOOOOP WHOOOOOOP!!! Had THE worst hangover yesterday so I had a pizza in at night. Was the perfect way to end before Cambridge. I'm so anxious and determined. I'm going strictly ss for this week and then 810 from next week onwards. I aim to once I reach target, have 2 products a day and a protein/low carb dinner in the evening.

So how is day one x
 
Day one was fine. Bit of a rumbly tummy all day. Had a shake, a bar and then a soup later. Having ss+ milk allowance in teas and coffee too to keep me going hahaha!!! Trying to hold out before I have my shake today. I can never slee for the first few nights; very odd and bloody annoying!!!
 
I always struggle to sleep when i'm hungry. My CD councillor told me to have a salad though, 50g chicken (no more to keep you in ketosis) and as much mushrooms, green pepper, lettuce and cucumber as i wanted - there's no carb or calories in them and then to have it with fat free or v. low fat salad dressing. That kept me going most nights, especially as i was so cold. I would dry fry the chicken with the peppers and mushrooms and have it with a big plate of lettuce, meant i could keep my last shake for bedtime which i always had as a hot choc :)

Sounds delish!!! Im going to hold off the food till Sat and just persevere!!! I did it before, I can do it again. Determined! :)
 
Butterscotch shake and a toffee bar down. 2 coffee, one tea and a few pints of water. Going swimming tonight as its low impact. :) Dreading tomorrow :(

THE DREADED DAY 3..................... Here goes...............

Went swimming last night and it was a sruggle, I'm not going to lie. We did 50 mins and took it slow, but I could definitely feel the energy depletion!!! Had the chicken n mushroom soup before I left. Really not liking the soups this time around so may get extra shakes for next week over soups, although its supposed to be cold, so maybe I'll want them more. Have my weigh in tomoz after what will only be 3 days on plan so I'm anxious to see how much I'll have lost. I'm soooooo excited about a little mushroom omelette o sat night whoop whoop :)
 
Good luck for WI. Take it easy with the exercise until your body has adjusted babe x

Kerry I'm so pleased, I thought it would be 3lbs max!!! I had to get her to double check. Cannot believe it! It's really spurred me on to reach my goal now :) I only lost 7lbs the first time round in the first week!!! gOES TO SHOW HOW MUCH CRAP I WAS ACTUALLY EATING i THINK!

How you getting on?? I just started going off the rails and put on about half a stone in a month!!!
 
Well I'm 10st 8, I got down to ten st in nov so I'm up 8lbs! Trying to calorie count but just finding it so hard to stick to! would love to b 9st for my hols in sep but just can't see it happening! Need my gob taping up! X
 
OH GOD i KNOW EXACTLY WHAT U MEAN. i JUST COULDN'T GET THE BALANCE AT ALL. i WAS GOING GYM ALL THE TIME BUT EATING WELL OVER MY DAILY CALORIES!!!!
