Hi Jules, I'm new to this site and this is even my first post. It jumped out at me!!

I joined SW in July 2015 at 26st and half a pound. I want you to know that it can be done. I've 9st lost since and believe me, if I can do it anyone can.

All I did was follow the plan. When i had a bad meal or bad day I would say to myself... start again. Let go of guilt... that just makes us stop. Always just start again with the next thing you eat.

Clearly I'm no where near a healthy weight just yet and I have struggled the past few months but this week I've felt a renewed commitment and am 100% back on track.

What i mean by that is I obsess about all the free food. Always thinking about what I'm going to have for dinner, while eating my lunch. Planning your meals and tracking (even if you go off plan) really helps. And set yourself small goals along the way, half stone by half stone. Take measurements of your waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs too (I really wish I had done that!!)

You can do this.

Thanks girls... I had to many bits of weetabix cake and chocolate yesterday eve, but just got straight back on it this morning. Its so hard but I do notice when I am on SW its normal 1 bad meal or evening snack not a whole bad day so thats something.

GiGi well done on your weightloss, and for getting back on track hun :), do you have a diary?

You're very good at drawing a line under a 'bad' meal and then getting right back on it. I wish I could do that! With me it's all or nothing, so I'm either really on it, or I lose the plot completely! I need to limit one bad meal to just that and not allow it to continue to ruin the rest of the day or week!

Hi Jules x Sorry I've not been about for a few days. I was working 07.00-19.30 and I was just too tired by the time I'd got home and sorted for the day. It looks like you're still doing really well though! And well done on your 3lb loss! :woohoo:
