My Diary - 2013

Morning all...
Hope you're all well and whatever plan you're doing, is going well....
Me? Not so much! Was doing great yesterday.. Until I got home!!! I ate and ate and ate some more.. Didn't stop until I felt physically sick!!! PIG ALERT!!!
Today's better... Just had my porridge.. And a banana.. Beans and baked potato for lunch with fruit after.. Unsure what's for dinner as there's nothing in my fridge/freezer.. yay.. We got to the bottom of it :)
 
Great food day yesterday.. Until dinner... Again!!!
Brekkie: Porridge, n a banana
Lunch: 150g baked potato with beans.. n 2x mandarins..
Water: 2x 750ml bottles
Snack: Mixed fruit. MP Twirl
Dinner: Chicken tenders... Half thick base pizza!!!
Snack: Warm chocolate cake with chocolate sauce!!!
Was delish but OH SO FAT!!
Oh dear...

Lets hope today is better
 
Sittin in the bar in maldron hotel u r right it lovely hotel we in room 115 just a few doors from were u stayed loved the sound of ur lunch today :)

I fell back asleep after posting. :)
I'm good. Just exhausted after busy couple weeks at work and eating crap hasn't helped either-def wipes my energy. But work is finally panning out a bit and back on food buzz today. :) Enjoy food shopping. And painting. What a difference-Ur painting after months. I'm finally painting my living room chimney breast only, after 15months. Hehehe. Was waiting to get chimney cleaned so one coat today. yipeee! :)

I feel fat, bloated, skins in bits... Not good!
So back to it.. No excuses!!
Mixed fruit bowl for brekkie with vanilla n choc sprinkles for brekkie.. Going home for lunch today n will have ham, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, red onion with either toast... or a baked potato...
Dinner, have nothing in but will be good.. Maybe chicken, potatoes n veg... Or fish... Not sure yet.. So will update later..
Also have an orange and a banana with me for snacking or chive n onion cottage cheese n ryvita... No reason to go off track today.. Other than pure greed...

Good day today. Had fruit for brekkie n a muller light yogurt. An orange for snack. Ham cheese red onion n tomato on wholemeal bread toastie for lunch. A banana. A small portion basmati rice n small portion of roast veg cous cous with chicken fillet stuffed with ex light Philly n wrapped in bacon (medallion) for dinner. So full n with good food too :)
Had rice and cous cous coz didn't kno if I liked cous cous so wanted to have the rice ready just in case :)

Me too I've ate my way through the last 2 weeks im actually sick of the sight of chocolate weigh in tomorrow night not looking forward to it onwards and downwards girls :D
 
I've not been to class in WEEKS... I really need to get back there.. But there's no point until I can stay for meetings as well.. I'm not getting anything from just weighing and leaving.. So for now... Am doing it from home.. But I will get back to class... I need to!!!
