ooooh I've been neglecting this! I've been out the door busy with work, so not been logging in.
Had a Monday night w/i as away for work from this evening until Thurs night. I was down 2.5 lbs, which is great, very happy! 1.5 until my 2 stone award, which I want to smash this week.
then it's only 4 lbs to get down into the 13s.... can't remember when I was last there!

Back at home after being away with work to Dublin for a few days. Had a nice time, and though I went off plan cos there is no way of synning the meal that was put on for us, it wasn't too synful.
Feels like a long time to next Wed, funny how an early w/i one week can throw you off the next week. We've a bank hol weekend too, which is always a challenge! I just have to make a decision which is more important- getting my 2 stone on Wed or going off plan for the weekend. Right now, the 2 stone is looking more attractive, so I am going with that.
Sunday 16th is my 200th day at SW. I might hop on my own scales that day and see if I get my 2 stone (my house scales don't vary too much from SW). Would be very cool to have it on the day.

A sneaky Chinese might have appeared on the menu last night, but I'm not admitting to it at this stage!
My mam has just invited us to dinner in her house tomorrow night, which will be syntastic... tempted to bring some plain veg and a jacket potato for myself, but realistically I don't see that happening

Haven't had a great few days, it's star week so super bloated and craving junk! Haven't been on plan 100%, but not the worst I could have been. Expecting a gain and to miss my 2 stone award AGAIN
Two stone is like a mental block to me, I get v close and then have bad week so it's further away again. Hope that once I smash it, I'll be quicker getting to stone 3.
