2 litres of NAS before lunch.
Mint tea

1/2 plate of baby leaves and rocket
chopped up apple
Glass of coke zero

Starving today after the weekend's pig-out sesh.

Day 174

So 26 days until I reach the 200 days mark. Just under 4 weeks. And day 200 falls on 16th March, which is the Sunday of a Bank Hol. We'll be off drowning the shamrock and all that jazz.

Setting myself a mini target to have my 2.5 stone award for then, or pretty damn close to it anyway. We have no social engagements (read "p!ss ups") planned, so no real reason that I can't do it. Depending on how tomorrow goes. After the epic wine consumption at the weekend just gone. Ahem.

Ok, maybe I'll say 2 stone award??

Anyhoo, it's giving me something to muse over this morning. Tuesday Musings (c)

Wednesday 19th Feb

So here I am again, waiting for PF to show up and do her thing.

Not sure how I am going to do tonight... had a pretty heavy weekend, but back on track 100%, and Red days saved me last week. Two weeks in a row might be pushing it though :innocent0001:

Not sure what's on the menu today- have my breakfast sorted, fruit and Ryvita. Lunch is a bit of a question mark... might have to send DH to the shop!

I've had a miserable sickness bug and lost 7lbs since Monday. Hoping to put some back on before WI tonight. Its taken me 2 hours so far to eat 27g of oats mixed with a yog and a banana. Still haven't finished it! :eek:

you poor thing, that's an awful dose you have. Hope you feel better soon, lovely!

Y'know I've NEVER been off my food. Even when my stomach is sick, eating makes it feel better. I am an oddball!

Today is either going to be Green or EE, as I am definitely out of lunch options for a Red day and I've a bag of frozen jacket potatoes in the freezer. Will be nice after a few days of Red.

Trying to stick to Red for the weekend, which will be a challenge, BUT I've made my dinners in advance. We're having syn free SW chicken curry tonight and Sunday, DH will have rice I'll have turnip wedges (somewhere, I can hear Kimberly sniggering). Tomorrow we're having tacos made with extra lean turkey mince. Hope it tastes ok, I reckon with shed-loads of taco seasoning we won't taste the turkey anyway. I'll add in a load of chopped peppers and onions, and syn the taco seasoning and shells.

I've lovely Greek style lemon yogurts from Aldi (similar to the Muller ones, but they're free), and as long as I stay away from crisps I'll be good to go. We've no crisps in the house, so hoping DH doesn't land home with some tonight. Or if he does, I ignore them.

I WILL be having my wine though. Just not pigging out with it.

AND tonight, we're going swimming! For first time in AGES. I've a really sore hip at the moment, so hope the water loosens it out.

Tired just writing all of that!

I LOVE sweets, real kiddy pic n mix stuff. Not bothered by chocolate at all, but love having some jellies.

I buy a pack a day, either pencils or flying saucers, and save them as late as possible so I can have a treat. Flying Saucers are brill, 4 for a syn, so you can have a big bag for relatively little syns.
