I think or I hope I will loose a lot more this week with not having bars n I have drank that much water this week it's coming out of my ears
I will be eating 1 meal on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday as I've got allot of Xmas dos with friends, family and work so I'm a bit cautious as it will be the first time eating "proper food" in like 8 weeks. Just hope I don't put to much on. I will then be going on sole sauce for tues, we'd, thurs & fri and then eating again xmas day n boxing day then I will be sole saucing it to target....as long as my eating is planned I won't class it as cheating and I know what I'm doing then so I'm in control....good luck every one xxx
