Some how I really doubt you gained 12lb of fat. I think it's a bit of water retention. Drink some lemon juice in warm water. Tht should get things moving :) x
 
Thanks guys for the reasurance. Well i was 10.11 this morning so its defo going down quick :) so hopefully on friday can weigh around 10.8/9 and will only be a couple of pounds damage x
 
Don't worry about that gain, it'll just drop right off again if you keep up your diet :) x

banana and coffee for breakfast, fruit and fibre cereal and an orange for lunch, and just about to have a jacket spud and beans for tea :) defo a big improvement on what i've been eating these last couple of weeks and already feeling better about it lol! 3 weeks til my holiday tomorrow so 21 days to get back down to 10.6 and would love a couple of pounds more too :) x
