Congrats newgirl! I'm down to 9.13 now- so 13lbs to go till I reach goal. I'm gonna give myself till around xmas to get the final 13lbs off. Not going to reach 9.7 by the 29th I don't think though- although I couldn't have done anymore!
well done! yeh i'm giving myself til christmas to get to 9 stone and til my birthday on 3rd april to reach 8 stone i'm sure it can be done :)
 
so i've decided to give 30 day shred another go....i've got 30 days left til my holiday so would mean having no rest days! we shall see....i might even be a cheat and just do each level for 8 days so i'm not exhausting myself...

anyway :D got a guys number today who has been coming in store for the past year, so boosted my confidence a little :D eek!

also i took some pics today hoping i can compare them in 30 days time. but i've just compared them to when i was around 2 stone heavier and i never thought there was such a big difference but wow im actually quite stunned. so gonna post them for when im feeling fat to see how fair ive actually come !

I hope so!! just texting at the mo he hasnt mentioned a date yet haha! and yeh i'm hoping so cos i really wanna wear a bikini for my hols lol x

I need to get more active with exercise. I'm going to try out a Zumba class. Think I did one at a local school for charity but it was before it took off so can't remember the name but the concept seems the same. I can't wait until I feel confident to go swimming again. I loved swimming so much. Hope you've had a fab time sweetie x

Aw i used to be the same when it come to swimming but once you go you realize nobody even cares and yeh i love my zumba classes as i get bored too easily at the gym lol x
 
Good day today :)

Breakfast - fruit and fibre cereal
Dinner - 3 crackerbreads with light jam
Tea - prawns and 3 crackerbreads

Snacks - banana and mini muller rice

Hoping for another good day tomorrow, got drinks planned for friday with the guy who i met in work but hoping to only have a couple so wont do too much damage.

Hey went crazy this weekend! alcohol, take aways, chocolate, crisps, sweets! and OHMYGOD the scales say i am back to 11 stone which is an 8lb gain. i am obviously devestated but also in shock i didnt realize i could do that much damage in a weekend! i'm just hoping for it to od gone before my holiday in 3 and a half week! feel so bad that ive actuually gained.

Hey newgirl. Just found your diary now and have enjoyed reading through :) Congrats on your weight loss so far! I'm doing a similar healthy eating diet but I am calorie counting. My diary is over on the CC members diary section.

Something similar happened to me one weekend! I gained 6lbs and I couldn't believe it. I didn't think it was possible either. Anyway the weight actually came off quite quickly I'd say in around a week whilst healthy eating :) Are you enjoying your bank holiday? x

I've just weighed myself now and i'm 10 stone 4! Which is even worse i'm now 12lbs heavier! I feel like crying lol surely i havent ate 12lbs of fat is that even possible!

Bank holiday was fun thanks! But left me feeling poo....hows yours been?x

I have no idea if that is possible. Maybe others will be able to shed some light on it. Although you feel rubbish about it now just use it as motivation to try and not have a massive blow out but after all, we are allowed to enjoy ourselves sometimes! Hehe :)

It was okay. I went to a car boot sale and had some chips from a burger van which I wish I didn't have because I feel really guilty about it! But they smelt so good damnit! X

I have no idea either. Maybe some is fat gain but most of it could be water weight. Also, factor in things such as constipation, food in belly etc. try and stay positive although it may seem hard x

Hope it goes well! I didn't loose much this week only around 0.4 lbs which is annoying, I think it's to do with having a Thai takeout during the week :( I'm going to nandos tonight, I've seen they have new recipes for their burgers and now there around 330 cals for a chicken burger! Quite good I thought.
