My Diary

School run this morning, this is why I never drive to school :)

Jealous here too :( looks lovely.

Laughs to myself at the thoughts of you doing a runner lol. Glad you enjoyed the rest of your evening.

I am sure the scales will catch up with you soon, try not to worry :)

Thank you ladies. That takes me to 2 stone exactly, another couple of pounds and I'll be out of the 14s. School walk done this morning, need to go and do some clothes shopping. I have bottoms to wear but very few tops for this weather so want to get something cheap and cheerful as I'm just passing through this size!

Primark vest tops 2 quid or tshirts I think are 3 that's what I've done x

Went mad and launched myself at my wardrobe over the weekend in a way I haven't done for years. The result was 4 huge bags of clothes away to the attic (I know that's not how it should be done but I've lost weight too many times, got rid of clothes and then put the weight back on and had nothing to wear!) I have told my husband that they are only there until autumn when I go through them again and chuck most of them. that's the plan anyway. The result is a very steamlined wardrobe (nothing to wear!) and means I can at least see what is left. I have enough to do me for now (FIVE swimsuits!) so I'm buying no more in this size for now. I am already in mourning for some of my clothes that have seen me through thick and thin (or fat and thin?) When this weight is gone how am I going to manage without, for example, my River Island ancient but fabulous black evening trousers? Go with anything, take me anywhere I'm going to be lost without them! Is this a common problem?
All good on the food front, exercise at the weekend consisted of the wardrobe clearance and housework but I'm thinking that's ok...

Weigh in tomorrow, feeling good, hoping for a good loss. It's been a good week food wise although I made gluten free cheese scones yesterday..... Apart from that! Exercise not too bad either so fingers crossed!

1 off for me, maybe 1 1/2, I only work in whole pounds so I do think it's more! I'm going back to weighing in stones now cos I have got to the stage where 196 doesn't sound much but 14 stone does! Don't want to become complacent! So this morning I am 14 stone and 1/4 pound, really wanted to be under 14 today! Anyway, on we go

According to Endomondo I ran to school today at 45 miles per hour! Watch out for me at the next olympics, not to mention the Guinness Book of Records!
Will have a sore neck tomorrow due to watching out for Air Force One and Barak. Caught a glimpse so that's me happy now.
Food was a bit dodgy over the weekend, not too bad but not great but back on it again this morning.

Blink and you'd miss it! So I have a new problem. Most of my walking is done during school run which I then extend and do extra. BUT No2 son finishes school this Friday for the summer (summer holidays are much longer here) AND he is moving to "big" school in September so will be getting the bus. Anyway, I need to find a new reason to get out there and walk. I do have the dog to consider but if I don't have somewhere to be I'll just get caught up at home. I need a plan!

You'll have to make yourself a new routine, maybe when your son restarts school you could walk him to the bus stop and then carry on walking.

3 more school runs and I'm done  Another good day today although didn't get as much walking as I had planned. Teacher/Pupil football match resulted in a trip to Casualty so didn't get the return school run in! Only a sprained wrist though thank goodness, a plaster cast for the summer holidays would not be good! Food is all good so on track...
