I do occasionally find myself getting involved in arguing about atkins - try not to bother as would rather prove them wrong than get het up about it - but there is soooo much ignorance out there!

Whew, busy weekend. Had to run one of my nephews around, go out with the dogs hunting and start getting my garden ready for sprouts, winter carrots and brassicas etc. I'll do a few winter potatoes for my brother and his sons too.

Had my stitches out yesterday and have been running around like a two year old today. I am so full of energy just lately.
Went shopping today and practically emptied my butcher's shop so lot's of yummy meals coming up this week. Also treated myself to a new dress. It is always lovely to get a smaller size. Still a bit to go yet though.
