It's going to be really, really hot here today so I think I'm just going to potter around the house and garden today. The dogs will have to wait until it cools off this evening before getting dragged out to the woods I think.
My nephew is going back on OWL for a week or so to get rid of a few pounds he managed to pick up. He always loses really quickly though so he will be back on maintenance before he knows it.

Going to be another hot one here. I've had to lower my insulin again. The amount I am taking is now a quarter of what I was taking and I feel great!

Hope you dont mind me saying but your cals are really low on fitness pal. Are you finding you are losing ok - im sure if you upped cals a bit your metabolism would kick in? (sorry if im butting in)

Hi Leanne. I agree - we usually just get some fresh bread and put a bowl of it out. Then people dont even notice and just have what they like/need!
