am sat here really hungry though and at a loss as what to have, i feel the need for something sweet, and am also getting a little tired of the same old same old food, I need to branch out a little and investigate more meals, i would hate to fall off the wagon as only been on it 3 weeks and lost half a stone.... not being weighed next week, aim to enjoy my time away without being greedy , so hopefully the weigh in theweek after will still be another loss. xxxxx
I think we all get a bit fed up with the same old same old....the trick is definately variety
For sweet cravings, how about sugar free jelly, raisins, fruit, frozen grapes, fromage frais, yoghurts, go ahead biscuits (in moderation ) I've just discovered yoghurt covered ones with a summer fruit filling..delicious and not too sinful a digestive biscuit spread with a little sugar free jam, real fruit ice lolly etc etc???
