Omg really shouldn't get weighed at night after ive just eaten! 13st 7lb wtf!!!!!! I was 13st 3lb this morning :( I could cry just want to get into the ****ing 12's now! X
 
Obviously the weigh in this evening is no use, you have to weigh in at the same time of the day in the same conditions or it is pointless and means nothing

Just keep at it, the 12's will be here soon
 
Yep I'm just daft! Back to 13st 4 :( still annoyed at myself know its my own fault lol still 8lb down tho! :O lol awesome! I'm guessing the loss has been poo cos its dreaded week two! Only lost 1lb last time i was on week 2! Weird eh lol fingers crossed for woooosh next week 3! Want 5lb off! Going to try 100% it! Ouch! Got to stop having more than 100g of protein too and tandoori chicken! Silly me! Xxx
 
Ok so day 1 of 100% (with coke zero :D) 3 litres of water today I'm going to slosh when I walk! Goal this week is 3lb hoping for another lb off for tomoz back to 13st 3 then but I'm so constipated I dought it v much :( xx
 
Just done Zumba at this time! Must be mad ;) oh well 500 cals burned! I think :S x

Thanks :) just done 75mibs of aerobics! Knackered! Had a praline bar raspberry shake, tomato soup, chicken subway salad no dressing! Some salmon 50g and a chicken breast 70g now having some vodka n coke zero :) just 1 obviously lol and might have some steak later with veg since I just bloody burnt 740 cals!!!!! Lol
 
Hmmmm got drink on vodka n eaten wayyyy too much protein today lol oh well no carbs at least :) xxx
 
Same weight as yesterday :) still in ketosis! No idea how lol but hands n feet are freezing! Expecting a call from rob about if I can have carbs! Well excited! Xxx
 
Ok so rob advised me to have 1 extra protein and salad no probs :) xx
 
I always had extra protein when training hun. Helps and dosent slow you down Xx

My lord I'm stupid! Got ratted last night and ate a subway and mc Donald's lmao! Oh well back on the wagon :) won't be going out for ages now! Damn u Halloween! Xxx
 
Ok so day 1 down 100% really need to do this before xmas, its illy cos im almost a size 14 and im there not bothering to loose like an inch on my hips? rediculous woman i am! anyway day 1 done and dusted, 100% so far. 1 day down 27 to go!

right ok so after a few rough days im still here lol! havent had time to update anything at all, i just know i havent gained since my last SnS attempt which is good! weigh iin day is thursday. bring it on! :) xxx
