Day 105 15th weigh in today and lost 4.5lbs

Hi faith yes I'm still going strong 16th weigh in tomorrow. Hope alls going well for you x

Day 112 I had my 16th weigh in today and lost an amazing 6lb I didn't believe it so got my pharmacist to weigh me a couple times just to double check that brings my total weight lost to 6stone and half a pound

Day 117 went to asda today to buy a cheap new top as all my others drowned me well I got myself a size 16 one!
