Weigh in done 3/4 lb down today as I thought I didn't eat enough last week and i think a bit of muscle gain with starting to exercise again but a loss is a loss xx

B: oat Bran Porridge, 2 boiled eggs
L: TUNA
D: chicken, beef
Drinks: 2L water, 2 black coffees, 5 green teas
So I've set myself the goal of reaching 9st7lbs by March 14th i'm hoping I can do it by then I'm starting to lose patience and I really want to move to conso but I'm determined to stick it ot until I reach that goal xx
Haha i wonder which one would be the worst thing to turn into lol. Im 10 stone 8 atm so just behind you gotta admit im also getting very impatient, i to would like to be 9 stone 7, so we both are around the same weight and have the same goal weight. Maybe i should have the same target date as you... This may spur me on lol xx
Thanks Pauline So last night I had a few vodkas and diet coke i know it's not allowed but i thought well even though i havn't reached goal i have reached true weight nd I was so god over Christmas this one night won't be too bad.. so I'm doing PP until Tuesday now
