My fitness kick starts today!! 30 day shred, running well jogging building uo to running and crunches haha i will get a bikini body this summer motivation is key xx
I just had a NSV well kind of i don't know if it counts as one I was reading a magazine and charlotte from Geordie Shore was in there I've always considered her to be skinny and she weighs 10 st 6lbs the same as me chuffed!! haha unfortunatly she's taller and pulls it off much better lol. Day 2 level 1 of 30 day shred also done and i can so feel the pain haa.
