So I'm back from my friends birthday weekend and this is the damage: last night at the meal i did well had chicken and veg left the potatoes had a few vodkas and diet cokes today I had no breakfast then for the lunch I had, 3 small triangles sandwiches with coronation chicken in and one of salmon, 3 crisps haha!, a pork pie, a scotch egg, 2 slices of a homemade bacon quiche, 2 mini cupcakes and i mean mini haha and a slice of chocolate birthday cake so basically a carbfest but I'm not upset about it as I planned it in my mind and I enjoyed it back to PP tomorrow to shift the pounds i've prob gained :/ Tonight I'm going to have a Dukan chilli and some BNS Wedges x
