My Dukan Diet Diary...

Well the day is here after 256 days of attack and cruise I'm now 4st9lbs lighter I've gone from 14st11lbs to 10st2lbs and I've gone from a size 18 on top and 20 on bottom to a size 8 on top and a size 10 on bottom even saying that is unbelievable so thank you so so so so so much for all the support I've had on here I know for a fact I couldn't've done it without all your encouragement and help!! :) Now onto Conso I have 320 days to do so 160 of each half and I literally can't wait to get started haha, I have one question already though does the oatbran amount increase to 3tbsp? :S

haha thank you Kell oh i have the worst luck with men unfortuantely but I am going to see the script tonight so if i end up pulling Danny O' Donoghue I will let you know ;) haha, I'm going to TGI Friday's so I'm not sure yet but definitely a desert and chips I have been craving both like mad for ages, and I haven't had chips since June!! aha x

I'd be more excited about the chips and dessert than Danny whatshisface!!! Have a lovely time x
 
I ended up going to The Red Hot World Buffet for my gala and it was gorgeous I have to say I'm not normally into buffets but this one was lovely :)

Yesterday's Menu Day 2 Conso:
B: Oat Bran Porridge
L: 3 egg Omelette
D: Pasta with a cheesey sauce and a bolognaise, vegetable lasagne, a slice of pizza (that was the first plate and it was small so I classed it as my starter and OMG I was full after it it was like a carbfest aha!) chicken korma, chicken tikka, fries, rice, naan, onion bhaji ( this was my main i couldn't eat it all though but I ate all the fries mmm :) ) toffee ice cream, chocolate mud pie (desert)
Drinks: 2L Water, 1 lager, 2 black coffees, 5 green teas

The nicest thing about the whole thing was seeing how happy my friends were that I could eat normally at a restaurant again :) and even though that was a strange assortment I'm proud to say I didn't stuff myself I had normal portions of each thing and decided not to drink so I could enjoy the meal although I did have one lager in the arena, Also I weighed this morning and i put on a pound a quarter so not as bad as expected :)
