I know Sid I do enjoy the odd meal out with friends now I'm at goal but like you said it's finding the happy medium it's so hard to not feel guilty after 7 months of dukan but I'll get there xx

So after my last Protein day yesterday I lost another half a pound so I am very pleased 5 1/2 pounds in 6 days I say it a lot but I love dukan!! Last night I had a NSV aswell I had my first ever spray tan I always use the beds or fake tan as I never had the confidence to get sprayed but last night I did and the girl tanning me said how I had the tiniest arms she's ever seen like a childs I don't know if that's a good thing or not tbh lol but I'm proud of myself for having the spraytan sounds silly but confidence is a big thing for me as I have none haha have a good Saturday girls and thank you for your support this week xxx

I have a bought a few aswell as the monkinis for holidays and I know that first time I wear it i'll be ecstatic as I can't remember the last time I wore one xx
