L: 2 turkey breasts
D: Roast Chicken
Drinks: 3 1/2 Black coffees, 2L water
Exercise: 30 mins treadmill running
So yeah I went on the treadmill today for a run instead of doing the Shred and it felt quite nice to do something different .. Weigh In tomorrow morning so fingers crossed
