My fishy week!

Wowwwwwww MLM, thats a fantastic amount to loose, you are doing sooo well, well done hun. I couldn't do this every week, i'd get too bored quickly, so once a month actually sounds like a fab plan

Think also when I get back from hols, that week, will do Fish Week, as it will definately move the weight. Hope my WI is a good one too on Monday :) xx

Pretty much red all the time Pesty. I love my cereal bars too much. Might have an EE day today though as it is DHs birthday and I am cooking him steak and new potatoes for tea. I havent decided whether to break with the fish for a meal or whether to have a cod fillet. Will decide later.

The first five of those 7.25 by the way counted towards last weeks weigh in, so this week (tues-today) 2.25 have gone. I would be more than happy with that over a full week! Never mind in 2 days!

Thanks for all the well dones n that, but really we should all be thanking Snuggles for her inspirational OP and for opening many of our eyes to the fishylicious way of thinking!

Just a quick one

My Red meal plan for today is looking like this:-
  • 2 eggs-srcimbled
  • red pepper
  • tomato
  • smoked salmon
  • melon
  • SF jelly (1)
  • cod
  • 198g steamed potatoes (B)
  • cheese sauce
  • 42g low fat cheddar (A)
  • 150ml semi (3.5)
  • 2tsp cornflour (2)
  • 71g peas (B)
  • carrots
  • cauliflower
  • 250ml semi (A)
  • 1tsp camp (0.5)
  • 1 fibre plus bar (5.5)
So thats my A+Bs and 12.5 syns accounted for...
I know it only melon n jelly for lunch -but the salmon and eggs really keeps me full, so it will be about as much as I can manage, Then Im doing fish with cheese sauce for dinner mmmmmmmmmmm.
Have a great day everyone:D

MLM what a fantastic loss, it really does work!!

You guys are all inspiring me with your posts, its amazing how we all bounce off each other.....

Just a slight twist to things, I am attending an opportunity event on sunday regarding becoming a SW Consultant, am a little excited at that one and thought I would share it with you all x

Ditto - excellent idea Snuggles.:)

This fish thing can someone explain it to me again - I'm not a great fish lover but will try. Do you mean that you have a red day but eat fish instead of the meat?

Kats:talk017:

Thanks for your votes of confidence guys, I would love to give back all what I have gained to help others!

Kit kat you can do the fishy week on either red or EE whichever suits your lifestyle the best hun x

Sorry to be thick Snuggles but as I don't like alot of fish- can I have lots of tinned Tuna? or cod mixed with a slimming sauce provided I don't over do the HEX's - I'm confused as it the booklet it states to only have a certain amount of fish - so what to get it right what I can and can't have. Sorry being think aren't I.:confused:

Kats:)

Most fish is a free food, therefore as long as a third of your plate is filled with superfree you can have as much as you like, apart from things liked smoked mackerel which have to be synned. You can I think have the fish in sauces but they do have to be synned

Cool so I have mucho tinned tuna - whay hey - ooo gonna looking at the recipe books now to see what I can have.

Hi guys,

I'm on day four of fishy week, I'm just wondering if you could have a quick glance at my food diary and see if I'm doing OK?

I'm not the biggest fan of fish and am on a budget, so I'm keeping it very simple, any ideas, hints and tips would be highly appreciated!

Thanks and I hope I achieve a great loss like you guys!!!
