My food diary - Trying to be a healthier me. :) (Will add some photos)

I also hate chopping them.. They're horrible on the eyes :( lol :)

and it was so lovely.. Just a shame i couldn't put jam in (didn't fancy the extra syns lol)

Going to have a slice with some strawberries for breakky.. and a nice big cuppa tea :D May read in the conservatory and have a nice bit of me time.. hmm.. Wonder if the dogs would agree with that :p
 
B: 2 decent slices of swiss roll (3), pack of strawberries
L: Sausage casserole. x3 WW cumberland sausages (1.5) onions, tomatoes, garlic, chilli, peppers. With bun
D: Pasta salad. Lighter than light mayo (2.5) sweet corn, onion, garlic, peppers, tuna.

Hea : milk
heb : wholemeal bun
Total syns : 7

I also licked the spoon clean from nutella.. and ate a bit of the fake rocher mix.
Pre made 30 for group tomorrow. :)

Debating weather or not to have a freddo.. lol :)

hey MC, I can't tell you how much I love reading about your food it looks yummy. could you post the method and ingredients for the Swiss roll if you have a moment? I would love to make it I think I will use wholly cream too.

Just seen you had some for breakfast that would do me with a coffee for breakfast :)

I was about to ask for the recipe for the swiss roll too- especially as you said it isn't "eggy", which I worry about with some of the SW recipes!
 
I'll post the recipe later today. Going to take step by step pics as well and I can actually time how long it's in the oven for lol :)

1. Pre-heat oven to 180c.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]2.Spray a deep baking tin with frylight and then line with bakingpaper.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]3.Separate 6 eggs into different bowls.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]4.Whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks
5. Add a wholeegg to the yolks, the sweetner, flour, baking powder, vanillaessence. Beat until smooth.
6. Fold in the egg whites.
7. Pourinto baking tin and put in oven – Bake for 20 mins.
8. Whilehot roll the cake into a swiss roll shape, then let it go loose andleave to cool.
9. When cool line the cake with 3 rows (where thecake will fold) of berries/strawberries and cream.[/FONT]

Swiss rolls went down a treat.. empty box to take home!
I also found out that someone put my name down for woman of the year, despite me not winning. I was shocked haha! Fingers crossed for me getting it next year. :) I hope to be at least 8st down by then!

pound off this week but * week is still here and I can feel it, so I'm happy I lost anything. I also didn't wee haha. Hoping for a good loss next week to make up for it. :)

Well done on the loss hun. That is fantastic especially with star week. Congrats on been nominated for woman of the year. Your group sounds like a lovely bunch of slimming worldlers! did you try anything nice that anyone else made? Did they like your Swiss roll? :)

Woke up at 4am and had to run to the loo to puke my guts out near enough. Urgh. Guess I know why I didn't feel like eating, now!

Nervous day today because a closer friend is getting induced early due to high blood pressure. I know it can take 48h but I worry about her lol. Can't wait to meet him though :)
On call as well in case it fully starts when her partner is at work haha. Hopefully he is born leading on to Saturday and then he can have his days off before maternity leave Haha :p

I just spoke with her and doctors have moved it back a week. (and it was high blood sugar not pressure lol) because that's when she was first supposed to be induced. She'll be nearly 10 months by then!!

Had a mini twister (2 according to app?) for breakfast and feeling a fair bit better so may have a bowl of fruit soon. :)

btw there should be a voucher in the sun for a £5 off £10 meat spend in morrisons tomorrow x

Was so and so. Feel much better this morning though. :)
Yesterday I used up all 15 of my syns :) mini twisters, pops and a bit of a kebab.
Had some pasta for lunch and the veg and 2 pieces of chicken off a shish kebab. Probably gunna finish it today lol.

Going to be productive today and chop up more carpet ready for the tip on Saturday. It shall help with body magic :D lol
