Lost 1lb, better than nothing :)

Going to try and exercise more this week, i only did one 2mile walk last week try to do three this week :)

Breakfast

Lunch
Half carton covent garden soup of the month: 4
Seabrookes crisps: 4

Tea:
Chicken Breast: 4
Veg: 0
Mash Potato: 6
Honey and Mustard Sauce: 3

I've had a crunchie this afternoon instead of fruit, oops!

Takes me to 29/29 though so will be bulking out my tea with lots of veg to avoid snacking later on!

I think ideally if I knew I was going to eat the crunchie I would have not had the crisps

Oh well :)
 
I knew we would be ordering from our local sandwich shop today at work so I had a big bowl of fresh fruit salad for breakfast :)

Breakfast
Fruit salad: 0

Lunch (From the sandwich shop - all fresh ingredients as I asked)
Wrap: 6 (quite big so i'd rather over point)
Half Chicken Breast:2
Lots of Salad: 0
EL Mayo: 1
Sweetcorn: 2

Tea:
Innocent veg pot: 9

Going on a cleaning spree tonight when I get in - might have a crunchie - that one yesterday was yummy!!

The veg parts are delish! And they were on offer at the co-op :)

My wrap was gorgeous, well worth it!

Me and the boyf are going out tomorrow night, to a chippy restaurant that's just opened by us, it's the same owners as a really famous award winning chippy in whitby and they do knickerbokerglory's!!

I'm so looking forward to it cos it's my treat day tmoro..

I'm going to have to go on a mega walk though hehe

Yesterday shared a crunchie with a girl in the office to take me upto 29/29!

I'm being really careful today because i'm going to a friends for tea but I don't know what she's cooking?

So trying to keep the points low incase it's something really unhealthy!!

Well..... The last couple of days I've been to busy and not in so haven't achieved it lol I STS this week so annoyed as I've been good but then I've done
Ore exercise and that usually happens

Hoping to keep it low in points as I'm going out for tea and drinks with the girls tonight :) and then my nephew's birthday tomorrow (@pizza hut!) eek!

Going to do 3miles on Saturday and Sunday and then have to be mega strict Sunday onwards - Don't think there's much point trying to be healthy for pizza hut menu!!
 
Friday night I had lasagne and salad and cough**abottleandahalfofwine**cough

oops :)

Saturday I had no breakfast (see above wine consumption)

A black coffee (again see above) ((whilst at a children's party at wacky warehouse!!!))

Late dinner (3pm) consisted of

3 slices stuffed crust chicken, onion and sweetcorn pizza : 27pp!!

Salad bowl (I had pot salad but apart from that was good!) - 5?

Later in the evening me and the OH shared some salt and vinegar pringles (14) and a bag of mini eggs (7)

Bad day but I did walk home from the pub on friday and took the dog on a very short (probably 1 mile walk) early night had!
 
Sunday

Fruit salad for breakfast

1 slice pizza for dinner (left over from saturday) 9pp

Thai green king prawn curry (homemade by the OH) 4
Naan bread 7
Rice 6

We then had fruit and marshmallows and chocolate fondue for dessert (i'd need to point this at 12 because i'm not 100% sure)

I had all intention of being good sunday but my boyfriend had decided to cook so I didn't want to say no because it was lovely :)

Took the dog two miles so I really need to get a wriggle on this week and try and get out for another 2mile walk to sort my goal out!

91pp consumed Saturday and Sunday so that's 29/29 both days and 33/49 of my weekly's!

I'm going to use the 16 left over points towards Friday night, along with the 22 I had spare i'm sure I was within my points *fingers crossed*

I'm not happy with how overboard I went this weekend tbh :-( but it was my decision and if i'll see on Thursday!

I'm back and really motivated now though!
